I have been working out at Ceres Karate since 2008 started out with cardio then joined the Krav Maga class helped me release stress lower my blood pressure now I take 0 medications, and losing weight was just a plus!! I love doing Krav Maga self defense classes my daughter now does Karate and my husband joined me and is now my partner in class.What keeps me coming here? "the way they make you feel like family" all the new friends you make and how comfortable you feel.workouts are the best!

My daughter enjoys learning here. I like how patient the teachers are with the kids. We enjoy the family friendly environment and the fact that it's family owned and operated is awesome. ??

Found this gem through instagram, Miguel is very welcoming and he explains what is expected, love the fact he emphasizes the word "discipline." He is willing to work around your work schedule so i am able to take my child. My child was able to learn and retain moves that he taught, she is excited to join, thank you for working with us!
