Cant give enough 5 stars for Bonsu!! Very knowledgable in all sports. Not only are his workouts great but he's also knowledgable in sports recovery. My brothers, friends, and classmates have all gone to him. Always felt so welcomed. You are not a number at his gym, which is also so nice. You will see the results you are looking for!
My Grandson Jkai loves to workout here he says Bonsu his trainer is a great nice man that helps and devolps kids and adults into shape months ago after football season he was sitting in his room playing video games 24/7 now he is built into shape and is ready for football season
Les with Bonsu Elite was recommended by several parents in the sports community. Took my daughter to Bonsu for the first time. Highly recommend! Great facility, amazing trainer, knowledgeable staff. Perfect for athletes of any age. Look forward to several sessions a week.
