These guys are THE BEST, we had a water heater go out and they put a new one in, but it didn't work, they traced it to an electric problem, but instead of just saying, you have to call an electrician, they arranged it, somehow getting an Electrician to come out at 4pm on a friday. They stood by and assisted the electrician for 3 hours, the whole time concerned about making me wait around.These guys are THE BEST, and would highly reccomend them!

I was renovating a house in Morro Bay and found some leaky valves. I called John and he came out the next day right at his scheduled time. He explained all the issues and made sure to check all the valves while he was at it. Lucky for me that he did because one pipe literally crumbled in his hand. I shudder to think what would have happened if that pipe had broke with nobody home. John was worth his weight in gold and charged a very reasonable rate. I can't recommend him enough.
