“I had been going to Carlos for a few years . This year I used someone else to prepare my taxes because he did not have any openings. Of course it was a mistake the other tax preparer messed up my taxes while I was in the middle of escrow. Franticly I called Carlos and he got me in the next morning before they even opened .
