I believe the gentleman’s name is Diego. I’m sorry if it’s not or if I butchered it. I’m usually very quiet during my hair services because I meditate ??‍♀️ and use it as a time to let go of energy that no longer serves me as each hair is trimmed. The gentleman provided a very spectacular hair wash and massage. Honestly I think he’s the first person to actually provide a massage with a full wash ??‍♀️ and not half wash/ rush like most places I have been to. My scalp feels crisp, clean(not dry but clean) and overall what a mom of 3 with multiple jobs needed to relax. Went in to get my hair dyed and cut. Made my appointment with Saharita as she was recommended by a coworker. The color came out great but I was sitting on a chair for over an hour with the dye on my hair as she overbooked and kept going from one customer to another. She was messy and got the hair dye all over my forehead and cheek, I ended up cleaning it myself. As to my haircut, she did the cut I wanted which were long layers but one side is longer than the other. I just think it was due to the fact she was in a rush and didn't take the time to do it properly. - I called in to ask if she could fix it and she took me in the next day. When I arrived she was still helping so I waited a little over 15 minutes simply because I asked if she was ready or else I would of waited longer. Miscommunication seems to be an issue since they didn't let her know I was already there. Organization needs improvement.
