Loved the hair cut. Kathryn was not the easiest person to deal with. She asked if I had photos of previous cuts and then told me I had to quit looking down at my phone. She was very snappy with me. The other stylist seemed to have a lot more patience with her clients. Prices were right for the area.

Not a fancy shop but a good place to get your hair done. Vera did my hair and took time to make it right and was informative about the area since she has been doing hair here for a long time. I will be going back because not all of us who live here can afford crazy spa prices and it is so nice to have finally found this gem and someone who is nice and genuinely takes pride in their job

I came in for a morning appointment for a cut and color. Kathy was rushing me through and when we decided (my partner and I) what style/color/cut (less than 3 minutes) I would get, I was told rudely "I already mixed color" and there would be no opportunity to mix more color, apparently. I am in a customer-centric profession myself and would never treat a client (at least not one I wanted to come back) with such disrespect. I felt bullied and really unhappy. Kathy did say that she was rushing because she has a lot appointments today. That is good, because she just lost two.
