When the carpet received from the mill was short of what had been ordered; the installation couldn't be completed. Additional carpet was ordered & expedited & the installation was completed in 3 days. the owner came personally to finish the job and assure that I was satisfied with the service. I was also generously compensated financially. The owner also took two of the remnants & finished the edges & delivered to me the same day. the company made sure to do the right thing to assure satisfaction“
