The bouquet arrived presumably on time and was very nice. The lilies were fragrant and all opened. However the roses never opened and died on the stems. I sent this photo to the florist before posting this review but received no reply.

The flowers were beautiful however finding out about them was very stressful. I am out of state and chose them because it guaranteed same day delivery and a notification email would be sent as soon as it was delivered. This was for a patient at a nursing home right before Christmas, a sad time for her. I was not able to reach the florist, got a recording the voice mail was not set up. The next day, I called the nursing home several times, finally got a really nice nurse who actually went to her room to check. Turns out it was delivered the same day but not until 9:30pm! Terrible! They sent an email stating flowers had been delivered and they weren't. This was on a Saturday, I received a phone call from them telling me that the flowers couldn't be delivered due to problems at the gate of the country club....I told them I would pick them up on Monday. I questioned on how fresh they would be, and I was told..."They'll be fine". On Monday, when I arrived to pick them up... I felt one of the roses looked a little wimpy. I requested them to replace ONE rose... I was rudely asked.. "What's wrong with It?" When I said...it looks a little wimpy...The lady pulled off a few petals and said ....."It's fine!"
