Honestly. I was overwhelmed with work so I sent all my clothes here. It said they had a 72 hour turn around time. And that was two weeks ago. Their number is disconnected. They don't answer email. ALL OF MY CLOTHES ARE LOST NOW.
This cleaners changed hands again. Tried another go at it! They either burned or dirtied the shirt and then ironed in a crease. My suit jacket went in and button clearly missing. No note! That was my last time. They overcharge for crappy service!
Been going to Date Palm Cleaners for years. Was sad to see it change management because I loved the last owner, but decided to give the new ownership a try. At first, service was ok. Any concerns about my order were quickly remedied. Then I am not sure if management changed hands again (didn't see the usual workers there) but service has taken a dive. Went in on Monday the week of Christmas. Dropped off a duvet and three shirts. The man there (I assumed was the manager, or new owner???) told the woman helping me (with a dismissive attitude) that he wouldn't have my order ready until the following week. As in 10 days later.
