Albert’s crew started on schedule and finished within their estimated duration including extra work to address unforeseen conditions The crew worked hard every day and was very responsive and provided good customer service and communication. The finished cost including extra work was fair and reasonable.
Albert tipped me off to a City rebate program which will pay $1200 for the work!!!
Everyone without fail was professional, friendly and efficient, from the office staff to the men who dug the trench. The job was done quickly and even the concrete work Johnny did was absolutely first rate. Cost was very reasonable considering the amount of work that was done.They even rearranged the scheduling of the job so that it would be done before planned guests arrived. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we were hesitant to call a plumber into our home. We recently had two clogged drains and were referred to Albert's Plumbing & Drain Service. Raquel promptly returned our call for a service call and was able to schedule us in for an appointment the next day. Jacob came up arriving on time, wearing a mask, and using shoe covers. He was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly.Service: Drain cleaning
