He was able to pull the required permits from the city and he was able to address the questions the city officials had to approve the permit.They were able to complete all of the above said work in a little over 2 weeks as promised.The cost of the project was reasonable pricing comparing with the other contractors and lower than some of the quotes I got. I gave 4.8 as few of the material costs were higher but that is very small percentage of the whole project.A minor issue popped up of the work they have done at the bathroom sink which is not related to their job but Jose was able to take care of that without any additional charge.See before and after pics“

“AG & Associates remodeled both my front and back yards in the spring and we have been thoroughly enjoying both spaces this past summer. I am extremely pleased with their craftsmanship, quality of work, and attention to detail. Their crews are experienced, friendly, and thorough and did a great job of communicating the work being done at each stage of the project. I enthusiastically recommend them for anyone looking to beautify their home.I started working with their designer to draft detailed plans that captured my vision for each area. He has decades of experience and provided excellent advice on landscaping, hardscape materials, and city ordinances. He showed me completed projects of his other clients and recommended trusted vendors and brands. After the plans were completed and materials selected, AG began the removal of all the existing concrete and landscaping. Next, the drainage was installed and grading completed. The crews worked fast and completed this phase smoothly.I was also working with two other contractors to refinish my existing pool and install an adjustable, louvred patio cover and we all worked together to coordinate efforts and ensure proper execution. The pavers and the hardscape in the front yard were completed first with only the landscaping remaining. The pavers, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, patio cover, and pool refinishing were all done next. Finally, the landscaping in the front and back were completed. After living with the yard for a few months, I am very pleased with the all of the design elements and construction details that were chosen. For example, we decided to install the hot tub in a sunken concrete vault with drainage for easy entry/exit and we are very happy with it. Also, the craftsmanship and high quality of work on the outdoor kitchen and fireplace shine through every time I use them.My family and I couldn't be happier with our new front and back yards and we are looking forward to making memories in them for many years to come.“

“Enrique and his crew were here bright and early every single day and worked, worked, worked. We only saw them break for lunch. They arrive between 7:30-8:00 and didn't leave until 3:30-4:00. Enrique was very accommodating with our requests and changes. We've had at least 5-7 quotes from different contractors and Live Oak General'bid came at a reasonable price. We LOVE our new deck!!“

“I am thrilled with my new walk-in shower bathroom. If you have lived in an older home you will understand why I hesitated to redo the bathroom. What would we find?
Eventually I hired LB Construction and I must say I am happy I did. It was so nice to have the project coordinator, Eran, help me plan the layout and to give advice on items i needed.to buy. The walls were not straight, the door lopsided, old wiring, but this was expected. In the end the work was skillfully completed. It was a pleasure to have these workers in my home. “I had bought a new prehung front door and had M 7.24 Builders installed and painted it for me. They did a great job. I also had a leak issue with my bathroom air vent. M 7.24 was able to diagnose the issue after cutting up section of my ceiling in the bathroom. Turns out to be a corroding vent duct. They were able to replace it and patch up the ceiling with the same texture and paint it. I would recommend this company for any repair and remodeling around the house. “One of the most stressful and difficult things to do after you commit to a remodel is choosing the right contractor - because it's your HOME! Fortunately there is Mannon Construction, with a 20+ year Bay Area history, they have completed several projects on my home including a kitchen and home office. The work has always been high quality, what I expected as a picky customer. It is not the least expensive (generally you shouldn't be choosing the "cheapest" contractor anyway when it comes to remodeling) but the pricing is competitive and they helped us figure out in what areas it was important to splurge and where we could save money (substituting materials for example). “We enjoyed working with Luis Moreno, owner of Lema Construction and his crew and subcontractors. We did a whole house remodel and addition. It was a very positive experience. It was completed on time and on budget. We lived in our home throughout the process and Luis made it liveable for us to do that. We replaced windows, updated electrical and plumbing, new heating system, refinished hardwood floors, fixed plaster cracks and added 100 square feet to the house. We would highly reccomend Lema Construction and would use them again.“
