***Updated on June 2021*** I have been ordering from Flower Kottage a few times a year. They have always delivered (no pun intended). Here's a photo of the boutique we received today. Beautiful!!!I ordered on valentines day 2020. I was a little concerned at first because Yelp says they are closed permanently. The flowers arrived on time and were beautiful. My wife was very happy.I ordered again today (Jun 2020) for my wife's birthday. Here’s a photo of the boutique we received today.

If I could give this 6 stars I would. Picked the Rose & Lily celebration to be delivered, and it was delivered on time and actually looked better than the photos! I even requested that they add a note and they obliged. Their service is top notch and were quick to answer any questions I had on the phone. I got more than my money's worth.

I am not sure why this location shows up as closed on Yelp. I called them and confirmed that they were open and in business. I used their website to place an order online for same-day flower delivery in Castro Valley. I got an email confirmation right after the order was placed and I got another email once the flowers were delivered. I ordered a sympathy bouquet for a colleague who had lost a close family member. I don't have a picture of the bouquet, but my colleague appreciated the flowers that were sent. I would definitely recommend them.
