Clotile always treated me with dignity and respect. She was always pleasant and smiled. Her massages were very high quality and focused on my needs at the time. She massaged me for at least a decade and I recommend her highly.
Where do I start? What a "Class-Act" experience we had!!! I called late Thursday night, not really expecting anyone to answer the phone and Cloie (her nickname) answered the phone=). That was a great sign to start with; she immediately took our appointment for the next day/afternoon and I explained that the massage would be for my mother. I also told her that my father had just passed away and that is when my mother started feeling lower back pain. When we got to her office the next day...SHE HAD A FLOWER ARRANGEMENT for my mother! How kind is that? She welcomed my mother with such compassion and kindness that I think that is all my mother needed. Yet, her massage was incredible. Cloie goes way out of her way to make you feel comfortable, 'heard', and does an incredible job with her massage. I could go on and on of all the details that she went out of her way to make the client (my mother) feel right 'at home'. If you are trying to select a good massage therapist, look no further; Cloie "is the one for you"! Really, my mom is 'hooked'. Great job Cloie!
She did a great job addressing the issues and gave me feedback on ways to prevent it. She made sure to allow some time for the massage to have an effect. She didn't push another session like other places. The knots I had were still there but that's my fault because I allowed the inflexibility to continue. She was there to break it up to allow me to function a little bit easier. The room and environment are serene and it was easy to get comfortable. She took her time and it was worth it.
