This place was a 5 star until today I went to get a massage my neck was killing me yeah the massage was ok but anyway when it was time to go I was offered water I handed a tip wasn't much but Then I was told by this lady you know for an hour massage the tip is usually $20! that's a 30% tip They just lost a customer.

They had a quick response time when I messaged them for an appointment and had same day availability. But when I got there I was taken down stairs to the storage closet, literally had "for storage only" on the door, which creeped me out a little bit. If the rooms upstairs were full I would have waited for one. Also the masseuse didn't have an ad free way to play music so every five minutes we would listen to a loud ad, which would take me out of the massage. And if that wasn't enough she was also getting text messages constantly with her ringer on, do not disturb exists for a reason!

This place is amazing. My first time going there, Mary Ann took time to get to know me and understand what my body was experiencing. Once she knew, her work started she has a incredible touch to know where your stress is. Her facility is very welcoming and clean. I will definitely be returning. If your looking for somewhere to go you should consider this place.
