My wife and I have been bringing our taxes to this company for the last 5 years. They were recommended to us by a friend. our friend's father owns a construction company and has been bringing their taxes to professional income tax services for many years now. The staff is friendly. The staff is also very knowledgeable and are always up to date on the current tax laws. Each year, after they finish our taxes, they are more than happy to sit down and talk about any changes that I can make to my deductions, for the next year. Highly recommended.

I've used Professional tax service in Castro Valley for years, and if it wasn't for them I may of had a lot of trouble with the IRS. They are serious about their business, and are always available via telephone, email or in person. Our eldest son made a mistake on his taxes and they amended it for him and cut his tax bill to zero. Mr Boord is a CPA and is very knowledgeable with all the tax codes, and his assistant Linda is knowledgeable as well. I feel very secure and comfortable in his awareness of the IRS tax laws. I've used other tax services in the past that has a lot of workers that just use some program and is not aware of the tax code laws. I use Mr. Boord because he is always up to date on the laws and procedures.
