The whole experience with Neptune Society was very pleasant! Every process was easy to do from purchasing, talking to them about what is required to complete the death of a loved one, even helping you fill out the paperwork once your loved one has died and making sure you had that filled out correctly. They were willing to hold your hand through the whole process. They were super kind.!!
This is the second time we've worked with the Neptune Society, and as always an easy, excellent process. Dayna and Shawna were helpful, professional, kind and expedited the process. My husband and I have both signed up. In the middle of a stressful time, I can't think of an easier way to manage all the details or better people to work with. Thank you all!
