    Unfortunately, customer care has gone downhill..apparently understaffed as they can't even pick up the phone...left message but no return call...no problem, plenty of eye care places around town.

    Unfortunately, I had a serious problem with the prescription from this office. As it tuned out, I was prescribed progressive lenses instead of single vision ones. I empathized multiple times during the visit I had no complaints about close up and intermediate vision. I almost got into a severe car accident as a result because of insane peripheral blurriness. The ophthalmologist gave me zero heads up about this technology. I also wasted 3k on glasses on top of that which are absolutely useless now because I cannot see anything close and I cannot drive in them. After 1 month trying to adjust and leaving in hell Lenses should be replaced. This practice either negligent or... read full review
