My my what crappy customer service. I called ahead of time to see if I can come in for a consultation. The person who answered the phone said it was okay to come in. When I got there the lady (Yumi) said she did not realize how long my hair was and that I would have to call another hairdresser. That doesn't make any sense. Why would you have me drive all the way down there if you couldn't handle giving me a simple consultation? Why would I have to call people when I'm already in the freaking salon?
Rude, stuck up women who are all about high prices and don't seem to care about anybody's customers. Chris, the owner is the Worst. I've never seen anyone there show any humanity or respect
Been going there for 5 years my stylist is the best Alicia she is awesome explains what she's doing and why she's doing it she never lets you take out a haircut that doesn't fit my face a little bit on the costly side but it's well worth it
