First time I got a haircut here years ago, which i was very happy with, I did not realize until afterwards that it was cash only. So I went to the bank down the street, after my hair was already cut, and came back to give him the $$. Been coming ever since : great place, friendly ppl, good service :) Just remember : cash only ?

Been going to this place since Tammie's Cuts moved. It's a good place for a haircut, prices are fair (they only accept cash though) and there couple who work there are nice.

UPDATE! Classic Hair Cuts has been back open Fridays & Saturdays from 11 am to 5 pm since February 2021. Plans to be open Tuesday - Saturday starting in September 2021. I just got my hair cut there today. I'm a senior, I live in Castro Valley, and have been getting haircuts from Michael @ Classic Cuts for the last decade. it's a no-frills place on Castro Valley Blvd. I like it that Michael will chat with you if you like, or quietly go about his work if you're not in the mood. And, as others have mentioned, there's rarely any wait, he's fast (you're in and out in 10 or 15 minutes) and prices are lower than elsewhere.
