Brian was amazing! We redid our two bathrooms and the kitchen and hallway flooring and Brian was always on top of it. He and his folks always showed up when they said they would, the projected timeljne and estimate were met, and everything looks great! Brian is super patient, calm, and professional and we've been singing his praises to all our friends. Truly a seamless process, highly recommend!
Brian Beck did a very extensive remodel of my kitchen which involves removing a beam and post and a shear wall and installing a 40’ (yes! 40 foot!) beam to support the roof. Everything was done to code with great detail. He estimated the project to take 3 months and it took a 3 months and 2 weeks because the project went over thanksgiving and Christmas. He was very close to the estimated price even though we replaced additional windows and sliders. His estimate was not the cheapest, but I’ve talked to other people that have their contractor 20-50% more than the estimate and Brian said he accounts in the estimated price for a few things to come up. Brian Beck is an exceptional contractor. He is precise, responsive, on time, and stays within the estimated budget. He remodeled our kitchen/living room but taking out a beam and post as well as a shear wall and installing a 40 foot beam! His workers are punctual and very good at their trade and working with him has been so easy. He estimated the large project would take 3 months and he stuck to that time frame having a worker/s at our place every day during the entire time of the project. His estimate was reasonable and he stuck to the estimate. We were really nervous about this because we replaced a few extra windows and sliders but it was still very close to the price he quoted. We are so happy with the transformation and working with him. I've heard so many stories about contractors going over budget, leaving projects half finished while starting others....Brian is not like that at all. I highly recommend his workmanship and talent!
