I have a rental property that is 25 miles from me. PBC was rec by a friend. I did I get other bids. Not only was PBC the best price but we did everything by phone and email. My tenant was also happy with their work. I will not bother to search around when I need help. I will email Craig at PBC right away. I trust them.

They did an amazing job repairing my house after the flood. I know lots of people say bad service but it has been amazing!! They talked to me and listened and got everything done before scheduled! I will be using them again and do recommend!

I really had a positive experience with this team - we had water damage and they responded quickly to keep the damage from getting worse, and then worked with me and sometimes directly with my insurance company to get things put back together again - better than they were before! The team is friendly, responsive and professional. I won't hesitate to work with them again if the need arises!
