After a full 8 days with no use of our kitchen sink, my warranty company finally agreed to let me go out of network. But then came my next problem.... No one wants to go out of their way to do the extra steps it takes for home warranty reimbursement. It's a call and a detailed invoice. That's it. But nobody wanted to do it, which means I would have been all out of pocket. Then enter Gary's Plumbing. Donald was thorough during our first call and upfront about his fees for labor and parts. I knew I'd be paying out of pocket initially, but at least I had an idea of what to expect. Not only that, but Donald was able to provide service the very same day. He was patient with the warranty company as they asked him numerous questions about the claim. I know it was a hassle, but Donald was so sincere and genuine. I could tell that he had his customer's best interest in mind. And in the service industry, that's just hard to find these days. Donald resolved my problems, gave me some tips for the future, and even pointed out another potential issue I might want to look out for soon.
