We had a plumbing stoppage and a failed garbage disposal. Tried going through my Home Warranty, but they couldn't find a tech to help me in any reasonable amount of time. I called numerous plumbing companies, but getting anyone to me in less than a week (or more) was next to impossible. After a full 8 days with no use of our kitchen sink, my warranty company finally agreed to let me go out of network. But then came my next problem.... No one wants to go out of their way to do the extra steps it takes for home warranty reimbursement. It's a call and a detailed invoice. That's it. But nobody wanted to do it, which means I would have been all out of pocket. Then enter Gary's Plumbing. Donald was thorough during our first call and upfront about his fees for labor and parts. I knew I'd be paying out of pocket initially, but at least I had an idea of what to expect. Not only that, but Donald was able to provide service the very same day. He was patient with the warranty company as they asked him numerous questions about the claim. I know it was a hassle, but Donald was so sincere and genuine. I could tell that he had his customer's best interest in mind. And in the service industry, that's just hard to find these days. Donald resolved my problems, gave me some tips for the future, and even pointed out another potential issue I might want to look out for soon. He didn't try to upsell me, he just brought a potential future problem to my attention. I would recommend Gary's Plumbing, and Donald, specifically, to anyone needing plumbing service. Way to go, Donald!

Gary's Plumbing is my go-to plumber. Although more expensive than most ($260 for the first drain snaked), it's better to get it done right the first time. I never have trouble with Gary's Plumbing. The owner is reliable, responsive, and trustworthy. He explains everything and is willing to educate you about fixes you can do yourself if you prefer to save $. I highly recommend Gary's Plumbing.

As a board member for a local private school we had an emergency hot water heater issue that needed remedy ASAP. Additionally, we needed a new fixtures for our commercial kitchen faucet. Donald responded quickly and resolved our issue with plenty of communication in between. Their prices were fair and his work is exceptional. Highly recommend!
