if i could give 0 stars i would, really bad experience here, receptionist there are lovely tho! the doctors though.. no professionalism at all, don’t even waste your time here making an appointment here
This is a horrible clinic to go to. They don't do their job. Instead of doing their job, they use their job to hurt me and help my enemies try to kill me. If I need to make an appointment on the appointment line, it is impossible to get through. The times I needed to make an appointment to see my doctor Kristyn Conroy, I could never ever get through, I had to go to urgent care because I would never be able to get through to make an appointment. Kristyn Conroy is a horrible doctor. She's stalks me and lies to me during my appointments, half assing things endangering me more. She's unprofessional, unethical, and treats my health like she has a choice to do her job but always still get paid. She just sent me to the dermatologist for my skin and didn't mention my scalp illness and because I wasn't getting treated for my scalp illness some of my hair fell out. The last appointment with her was a phone appointment and she basically just told me to tell my psychiatrist the physical symptoms I was having and for my digestive symptoms she just told me basically don't eat. So if you want quality care, professionalism, desire to get healing and healthy don't go here.
I will be filing a complaint with the Medical Board and HIPPA as well. Excessive wait time for schedule appointments, patient information all over the place, rude receptionist, it’s basically a circus. It’s also connected to a high school and students come in and out the place, that’s not the issue it’s the staff that’s telling their business and what they were seen for. I can’t believe it
