We were assisted by Gerald. He did an fantastic job. He was on time, friendly, respectful, and did an excellent job training us on the ventilator. He even went the extra mile to make sure that we had everything we needed.

This medical supply store should be ashamed of themselves!! After much argument over why they would only give me a one time warranty on my old walker, which the brakes had completely given out within less than a week of light usage, and after 6 months of arguing previously to get a one time trade in, I got my second walker, which i again had brake problems within the first week! Both of the walkers only came with 1-2 of the necessary 3 bolts per side required for the brakes in the first place. Walker #1 lasted the longest, by the time that I finally got approval for the trade in, not only were the brakes failed, but the wheels were literally beginning to fall off! I received walker #2 approximately 4 months ago, and like I said, immediately, the brakes failed. This is extremely dangerous, as it is not safe when you have to sit down and you find yourself rolling off of a curb and into the street. I had many occasions when I had groceries in my walker, was waiting at a bus bench, and the walker just rolled into the street spilling everything that I had on and inside of it. Ok, I finally started to feel the back wheel assembly starting to come loose, so I immediately called Supercare for another replacement, and was rudely told that my previous trade in was a one time deal, and that they would not replace my walker again. I went to my pain mgmt doctor the following day to see if he could do something about getting me a new walker, as by now, the entire back wheel assembly had come apart, and the wheel was only being held in place by an act of God. As I left the doctor's office, the wheel fell completely off, leaving me with a 3 wheel walker without any brakes. I contacted supercare again, and now they said that I had only been approved for a 2 wheel folding walker with a seat attachment! How I am supposed to walk with a 2 wheel walker, requiring you to lift the walker for every step, when I don't have the ability to lift even a coffee mug to my mouth, I don't know. I then contacted my insurance company and told them that there was a mistake in the authorization, that I needed what is called a "rollator". Soon, supercare called again, after they had been contacted twice by my insurance, and twice by my dr's office as well as many calls by myself..I'm not even going there with the transfers from person to person and the wait time for a call to be answered..long story short, after they then rudely tell me that I have to have my doctor state that it is broken beyond repair, and that it was an absolute necessity that I use a 4 wheel walker, suddenly I am called by the Supercare in the san Gabriel Valley that all was approved and my new walker would arrive in 2-3 business days. Whoa..It was delivered by air next day! arrived at my house today, and I open it up, assemble the handles and the back brake is jammed so hard into the back wheel that there is a dent in the hard plastic wheels! It won't move! Now I'm furious! Has anyone ever thought to check that it works properly before shipping it?! What really pissed me off is that it wasn't one of those cheap Drive brand ones that fall apart in a week! It's really nice! A thick seat made of a good thick material that has the hidden compartment in the seat made of a good pleather material and stitched well, the bag under the seat is a heavy canvas with good snaps, and nice and deep! I want this walker to work! Well, The Valley Blvd Supercare was really accommodating and aside from the monotony of departments that I had to be transferred to, They promptly called me back and said one would be shipped and traded tomorrow by 3pm. Ok, so all is good, right? NOT!! I just got a call from the rude people at the Carson store who didn't even see that I had received this broken one, they had my address wrong, they had no idea of what the other Supercare store had done! These are serious when dealing with medical supplies! What if it were 3 broken oxygen concentrators? Oh, and I almost forgot about the recording that you get about the rec
