I like this spot because it's 0.5 miles away and they do a good job. My only criticism is that they have a better gauge on scheduling and wait time. I have a busy schedule so I can't afford to wait 30-45 minutes after a booked appointment. I'm fine if a business is busy as it indicates their popularity but a part of running a good business is also in being able to hit your scheduled appointments rather than over committing and it risking the lost of potential long term clientele.

First time I went it was mid, a guy did it he did it in less than an hour , today my second day getting pedicures, a lady doing them she pays attention to details she good , but when the guy set me up to the chair nd all ,I felt disrespected bc of my toes nd when u set an appointment they do make u wait but I'm patient enough for it

Anytime I go anywhere other than Shiny Nails, my nails beds are poor, weak, and so much of the cuticle is damaged, but every time I visit here I leave with healthy happy hands. I feel like they really understand quality care and keeping your nail integrity. Everyone is respectful and friendly, but it can be busy if you don't have an appointment, and even then sometimes there's a wait. Nonetheless I'm really glad I found this place, have been a customer for 3+ years.
