This review is for Ellison (one of the barbers there) Ellison is a barber dedicated to perfecting his craft. At the beginning of the cut he asks you questions to ensure you get exactly what you want + offers suggestions so that your haircut lasts long. The haircut was crispy and took about an hour even though the time slot on Booksy says 45 minutes. I can appreciate that Ellison didn't try to rush me out the chair without making sure he cleaned everything up. The haircut experience was really great especially with how genuine Ellison is in conversation. He cares about all his clients and sees them as a friendship rather than just business. I asked for a mid-high fade, blended tight on the sides and textured quiff. Ellison suggested I keep some weight on the sides which made the cut even better. My previous barber also pushed my lineup back, so Ellison just barely lined it up to the point that it'll allow for my hairline to grow back while still looking clean. I appreciate this because it allows for the haircut to last longer than just 2 weeks. I highly recommend Ellison to anyone and would def come back even if my drive from Pasadena to Carson is 45 minutes.

I just got my hair done a couple of minutes ago...and I'm loving it!!!...ate carmi is the one who did it and i was very satisfied how she handled my hair...eventhough there's a lot of customers waiting for her to finish, she took her time cutting my hair neat and clean...super thankeee ate carmi!!!...by the way, don't forget to bring cash!!!

I just love this place...I have been going there for 10 years w/ my hair dresser John. He is one of those guys who has nataural talent cutting hair. Just tell him want you want & he would make it happens.
