I dropped off my bed comforter to be dry cleaned at Quick Cleaners. I dealt with the owner, Katherine Kim, upon picking it up. The next morning I noticed that there were several spots on the comforter that were discolored, felt like burn spots, and the material was gathered in some spots. That same afternoon I took the comforter back to Quick Cleaners. I again spoke to the owner, Katherine Kim, and showed her the issues seen in the comforter following her dry cleaning service. Although the owner is nice, the quality of service is very poor. A few times I picked up clothes and there were still stains on them/not properly cleaned. It started to become a pattern. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back.

I put a few items to be dry cleaned. When I pick up my items one piece was completely faded. I showed the owner the discoloration and she told me that the material fades.. she then told me the item couldn’t be dry cleaned per the tag/instructions and that she washed the item. I told her that if she couldn’t dry clean she should not have done anything but she couldn’t take it upon herself to wash my item. She refused to pay for damages. I am taking her to small claims court. Do not go there they will ruin your clothes!
