This stellar young man came into our home once a week for several hours to take care of my 83 year old husband who has dementia and can not be left alone. Not many caregivers have the experience or inclination to care for someone with dementia, it requires a particular skill set. With his kind, sunny smile, communication skills and his gentle ways, Clarence made a real connection with my husband. The past three years we have had difficulty finding a stable, secure, reliable, trustworthy home healthcare service until we came across Five Star Home Health Inc. The staff is extremely personable with the care of my grandma and treat her with such respect, and consistently engage her even though they know she can not communicate back. After going through multiple different healthcare services who all were disappointing, i can't recommend Five Star enough they are amazing!“

“I was reluctant to come to this branch following a telehealth consultation due to the ratings, but I took a chance because it was the closest option for me, and I have to say this Kaiser is probably one of the best I've been to. First of all it has a convenient parking structure like most branches. Reception was quick and efficient. I was at the front desk no more than two minutes because they ran my information and orders, and immediately directed me to the appropriate clinic. Once I checked in online, I wasn't in the waiting room for very long before I was seen by a nurse, who walked me through the testing process (I think her name was Adriana). She was very polite and engaging, and extremely patient when I struggled with the procedure. She even cracked a few jokes to make me feel comfortable. When we finished, I was given my paperwork and directed to the pharmacy. I didn't even have to check in--my prescription was ready for pick up by the time I got off the elevator. My whole visit lasted an entire thirty minutes, and the whole experience was very pleasant and efficient.“
