They Deserve 0 Star Because I was there 07/06/2023 8:15 Am . My truck was Loosing power I went there on 15 MPH with 4 way Flasher there was young Girl on the Service counter she is really rude and I was telling her my truck is loosing power and there is check engine light and she said we don’t have time to diagnose you can Leave your truck here we will check after 14 days what’s the problem and we let you know after 14 days . I was telling her can you open the gate and I want to make a you turn and I’m going to other Freightliner and she said rudely oh we can’t allow you to go inside for you turn you have to go all the way back up on the road . Took my truck into this location for a bit inspection. The lady assisting me had none of the answers to my questions. Once the inspection was complete I was advised that the discoloration of my air hoses and a missing nut on my starter failed the inspection. I was then advised that I had to swap the hoses out and purchase the nut which was only a few cents but they would need to order the nut and have it overnighted for $35-$60 then to have a technician install it it would be around $200 dollars and hour for labor but they charge minimum of 1 hours labor just to screw it on the starter. Finally they told me I had a leak on my oil pan that I do not have and it would bill at over $900 to repair. When I asked to show me the leak, they pointed at a drain plug on the oil pan and as we sat to watch this leak that's when I was advised it was a potential leak issue and I should have the nut and seal replaced. They will try to take all your hard earned money if you let them.

The most terrible company they’re not on us the cheating lying the lying to me I did buy the truck through velocity in Carson ca what happened I found out after a They’re delivery the truck I went trip with the truck few days later I found out that have air leak had a big problem major problem compress’s And airbag leak on one hose leak then I called the salesman he told me to call you back he never called back When I purshase the truck told me if you found out within a month everything cover I have approval from the salesman video record everythingI don’t recommend it to buy freightliner special from velocity dealership should everyone not trust them stay away...read full review
