I was sluggish with low energy and no motivation to even start losing weight (all talk for years) . A friend invited me to FFWL and i went on a limb after my birthday vacation. I'm so HAPPY I did.. I've lost 22lbs so far and counting. I even signed up for a gym membership (who am I?). lol. Don't think too hard about it. Just walk in and let My and her team curate a special,affordable program for you. It's a great community full of support once you enter. As a working mid aged woman, I find it difficult to include a regular workout regimen in my daily routine. Thank goodness I found Fit and Fabulous! The staff are very knowledgeable on certain types of foods to include in your diet and will guide you on foods to avoid for optimal success. The staff are very motivating as they celebrate all of your successes throughout your weight loss journey. I would highly recommend this place, I have lost 22 lbs in 7 weeks!! Kisha
