They do not honor appointments! I had appointment at 6pm it's now 6:43p and Helen is still doing a set of nails. It's ridiculous how they have you waiting and they actually don't care... I will take my business elsewhere to someone that respects their clients and understands customer service. And btw this is not the first time! No more chances..

Last month, I booked an appointment for my wife as a present. Awesome job on her mani pedi! She usually doesn't care about such things. Moreover, she usually isn't happy with the work that most of these salons do. However, she was very happy with the work done. Moreover, she still raves over the excellent service.

I was so happy to get my pedicure and manicure done here. Surely did not feel she was in a rush to Finish job at all. She offers me drinks , chips and much more while I was waiting! So friendly I felt I was home getting a mani pedi ! She did a great job on my heels which had not been pedicured forever last 8 months before pandemic hit. My skin felt like baby skin. Also she only takes customers by appointment. She makes sure to clean/disinfect everything before and after the customer leaves. I loved how polite she was! Over all loved her positivity around and clean bails and clean pedicure. Definitely covid proof place. A little pricy but totally worth it since you get... read full review
