“In September 2023, I contacted Top Rail Fence and they gave me an excellent quote to build a new side fence in my back yard. They did the best job of the fence and even did an extra 2 boards -- one on my back fence and one on my neighbor's back gate. My back fence board was broken and the neighbor's gate was missing a board. They went above and beyond to get the work done in one day and hauled all the old fence off plus some tree and bushes trims. I had them put in metal posts for me. “Jack has significantly improved the overall quality of our home's curb appeal and outdoor living spaces and we're not done utilizing his services yet. You will not regret using his company for your landscaping and concrete needs. He's patient with our "one project at a time approach" but I have no doubt he could knock everything out all at once.
