The worst, most painful massage ever. You start with a little blanket on you. Then when it's time for oil the blanket is removed. I laid there completely naked and uncovered the entire time I was face down. Then she grinded up and down my spine repeatedly. I like a very firm massage. But in my muscles. Not my spine. I'm in a tremendous amount of pain today. Not sore. Pain. Absolutely no focus on muscles. Just a fast, hard overall rundown of everything. Terrible.
This is one of the best massage shops in Carmichael! The masseuses are California Massage Therapy Council therapists who provide excellent service. The back-walking helps ease the stiff muscles. The hot stone therapy is most relaxing. Free standing shower is available. The price-point is similar to other local massage shops. The service, however, is superior in every way.
