We haven’t been able to get my son a nice professional cut because of how terrified he is with haircuts. But i saw all the great reviews this salon had and decided to take a risk. I’m so glad we did! The salon had so many sensory friendly things for my son. He felt comfortable in there, although still nervous and did put up a fight, she still managed to cut his hair AMAZING. She was so patient and got it done! My son wasn’t easy at all but she didn’t give up and didn’t rush him at all. We will be going back in a couple months. I loved this salon and told all my autism mommies about it. Great experience :)
Lacey was absolutely wonderful!! ♥️ I took my twins together and was able to get fresh haircuts in a relaxing environment. One of my twins has autism and one does not. It was nice to know there was a place where I could feel comfortable with my kiddos. I would recommend her wholeheartedly!!
If youve got a child with sensory issues or just generally does not like haircuts, this is the place to go! They do adults too! Took my 2yo here and despite his hysteric crying and resistance, the hairdresser (who I unfortunately dont remember the name of) was very calm and accommodating throughout it all. Shes clearly very experienced and I appreciated that. By the end of the cut, my son was calmer and even didnt want to leave!
