Jacob gave us detailed instructions on how to keep the piercings clean and even had cleaning spray for purchase at the shop. We were impressed with his high level of professionalism. “Called with the intention of fixing my boo boo with removing an industrial piercing just a day after it had been done and being unable to put it back through. Called out of worry that I had messed up severely and was told they’d try to help out.
