Best in california ive had jobs done by other companies and older homes is far more superior better products for sure all the other companies in his field use low quality home depot pipe that doesn’t last brent is the owner of older homes and is a straight shooter and will tell you what you don't and do need for your home and saves you money in the long run if its done right the first time there wont be a second and older homes does it right by a long shot
I called Older Homes Specialists when I was having a leak in an irrigation pipe. The previous owners of my house had put in the wrong type of pipe for the irrigation system. I had contacted another irrigation company that couldn't fix it (or diagnose the exact problem). The guys from Older Homes came out and thoroughly examined the issue, talking to me about their findings the entire time. They gave several options and their recommended option. I chose their recommendation to replace the entire pipe so that the leaking doesn't keep happening. Their communication and work were excellent. Very satisfied.
Amazing knowledge and skill. I had an emergency situation which required my house water to be off. Older Homes came right over and fixed the problem. I am letting everyone know about this company and their quality work. I need more help with some design issues with my sprinkler system. I will definitely be using Older Homes Specialist to assist with my next project.
