Our daughter started training here 5 weeks ago. We were hoping that it would help her mental focus and that's exactly what is happening, in addition to the physical training. Great for kids to learn to pay attention.Excellent trainers, very clean and organized.
Our daughter began her journey into martial arts at the end of 2023. over the next two months, myself and my wife have also began this journey. There are truly not enough words to express the change and improvement in our family, but I'm sure going to try in this review.The staff and instructors are amazing! The time, care, and firece belief everyone shows is beyond compare. To see our daughter's confidence, belief in herself, and joy she finds each time she goes to class is worth every penny. This place is amazing! It's been a year since my son joined the Kovar’s family, and he loves his class. The teachers are wonderful, caring, kind and at the same time disciplined. Not only my son is learning martial arts, he has become more disciplined and his self-confidence has increased.
