She shaped my brows in less than 5 minutes and it was shaped perfectly (I hadn't had my brows done in MONTHS). I went in today as a walk in. I have been coming to do my eye brows for years with the owner. Today however they had an employee do my eyebrows. The girl was really nice but totally inexperienced. The thread snapped three times. This was my first warning that something wasn't right. When she was all done. She asked me if I liked it. Out of fear of her messing my eye brows up I told her they looked fine when she asked if I liked them. I didn't. We had agreed to do both a shape and cleanup. She only cleaned them up.
