I used Hazen Sprinklers two years ago to fix my sprinker system. They changed the timer, valves, ( front and back yards) and some sprinkler heads. My valves have since broken and I have left several messages on the voice mail to no avail. It is frustrating when you don't get a response. I am reaching out to other companies to see what can be done.

Today is Friday, and it was around 4PM and I had a problem with my main sprinkler valve spraying water out. I have been meaning to call someone, but just kept putting it off. I called Hazen Sprinkler Repair and John came right out...and usually on a Friday you can't get in contact with anyone, they all want to get on with the weekend. Well, John was so helpful, and made sure everything was right, and even checked my whole system to make sure it was working right! I am a senior, so it was so good to have someone so dependable to help me out! I would recommend 100%!

I had a leak in sprinkler valve causing some minor flooding in the yard. Made a call to John at Hazen's and was able to get a same day appointment. After the valve replacement John went through the entire system at my request and was able to quickly identify and fix all of the issues with the system Great work ethic and extremely coconscious service for a fair price. Such a pleasure to work with Hazen's.
