“I’m a 64 year old woman & I had lost almost all of my eyebrows. I was so scared to have an eyebrow tattoo procedure done, but after meeting with Shelby, I felt so comfortable with her that I booked my appointment to have nano brows done. During my appointment, it really put me at ease that Shelby doesn’t rush through any phase of the procedure at all. From start to finish, she stops periodically to have you look in the mirror to make sure you like what she’s doing & she listens to you if you want even the tiniest change made. “What a great experience getting my eyebrows done. These look like individual hair and it was little to no pain getting them done. I was frankly a bit apprehensive but I can't find anything bad about this place. The staff was extremely professional and respectful with a lot of care and concern for what I was looking for. I received a complimentary brow threading when I returned for the initial touch up and add that service was exceptional as well. I am so happy with the results.“

“I came to see Diana Ciocan for a scalp facial. I have never gotten this service done before but after this first experience I do see myself getting more in the future. Before scheduling our appointment, Diana made sure to inform me of what a scalp facial entailed step-by-step and in detail so there wouldn’t be any surprises. When I arrived at my appointment, I was immediately greeted by a receptionist and asked if I’d like anything to drink (which is never a requirement for salons but it’s always a nice little gesture that elevates the customer experience). Barely a minute after taking a seat in the waiting area/boutique space, Diana greeted me and helped me right away. As the appointment started, she made sure to get to know more about my past experiences with other salon services and hair care routine, which shows the concern she has with ensuring none of the products/services she offers won’t have any adverse reactions. I have thin hair and because of that I am extremely self-conscious when other people touch my head, but Diana wasn’t judgmental about it at all and still made me feel beautiful and cared for while providing me with different hair regrowth tips during the facial. The scalp facial was such a relaxing experience, I damn near fell asleep in my seat a couple of times! My hair came out so soft and my scalp has never felt so fresh and light before. All throughout Diana and I had a great time getting to know each other. She is kind, personable, and exercises a lot of care when helping people. I’m sure I’ll be seeing her again in the future. “BOOK WITH MANDEEP!!! Mandeep is the best! I have never had a more seamless and painless eyebrow threading session. I have large eyebrows with no shape which are easy to mess up and she did them really well. Mandeep measures out your eyebrows, draws the shape, and shows you the shape before she begins threading to make sure your eyebrows are exactly how you want them. “I go to a few eyebrow threading places, depending on what area I’m in at the moment. But this one happen to be down the street from my house and I went on a Sunday a few weeks ago. Gurjit ( I think that’s here name) made my eyebrows look so beautiful!<br>I have a scar on my left eyebrow so the hair doesn’t grow too much on that eyebrow. Not only did she manage to make my eyebrows look fuller, but she made the shape so beautiful. I had a good conversation with her about her going to medical school, and I’m really sad that one day she won’t be at beauty by thread to do my eyebrows. I love her. She is amazing.“

“I had an excellent experience with both my eyeliner, and my lips. Apparently I'm very sensitive, my skin gets very swollen and sore, my eyes watered a ton but she definitely did her thing as best she could! My eyeliner is the favorite outcome between the lips and eyes, as I think I might have to go back again for a touchup on my lips as the color didn't quite turn out as hoped. They do a pretty good job at numbing you, although I caught wind that for very sensitive clients they can actually have a professional come in and inject you with lidocaine. If I had it to do again I probably would've paid the extra money and gotten the lidocaine injection, but hindsight is 20/20- am I right? I love that she tattoos the waterline of your eye, so that it blends in seamlessly. Always remember that the colors for lips end up potentially lighter on your lips after it heals, so I don't think you can go wrong with going a little bit darker than you want. the color seemed to have taken a bit more on my upper lip than lower, so I will be reaching out for an appointment to do a touch up pretty soon. Highly recommended, she's a pro and knows what she's doing! Hurry up and make your appointment because they are literally booked out six months or longer in advance!“
