Carmen Micsa is amazing!!! My wife and I are first time home buyers and she guided us throughout the whole way. She communicated very well and quickly. She maintained communication not to just us, but also to the sellers agent, and our loan officer. After spending just 1 day looking at houses, we found one that we loved, and she got our offer sent that same day and on a weekend, and we closed escrow in no time :) The whole process went so smooth and she answered all our questions. She has an excellent photographer on staff and makes the house look great for post online marketing.
