Customer service was great, friendly and kept a conversation going. The vibe was casual no major wow factor. The service was pricy for the quality, polish wasn't as clean as I know it can be and the exfoliation was a fail, got the bare minimum i had to finish it myself at home. For $50 plus tip It didn't meet the standards I'm used to, the massage needs improvement. I would think by now most technicians know the massage is the icing on the cake and I was sadly disappointed, I'd recommend several things to implement. Gloves, clean instruments opened in front of clients, trash exfoliating blocks after use, use cleaning solutions for feet when manicuring,... read full review
