Kiana definitely reflects the reviews you see. I had my first Brazilian with her and to say the least I was nervous. She didn’t rush me to get undressed and she answered questions very thoroughly, which I appreciated. You can tell she has experience and a lot of knowledge. She is friendly, detailed oriented, and made sure I felt comfortable. She explains what she is doing as she is doing it. If you want absolutely no hair left after a wax she is what you are looking for. I definitely will be a repeat customer and if you are looking for a waxing service I absolutely recommend to give Kiana an opportunity. You won’t be disappointed.
Beyond impressed! I have never had a structured gel manicure before but have been wanting to try one for awhile. I reached out to Visa and received a response fairly fast. She provided me with her website which had a lot more information. So I booked the appointment! Walking into the waiting room, I was so impressed by how cute and relaxing it was. She immediately greeted me and told me she was just finishing up with her client before me. I only waited a couple of minutes, if that. During the appointment, Visa was so profesional and friendly! She took time to listen to what I wanted, asked thoughtful questions, and put me at ease. And, most of all, I absolutely loved my nails. Definitely will be returning and highly recommend!
This place is a hidden gem among the typical chain salon/barbers in Carmichael! I first took my toddler here for a haircut needed on short notice, Oanh was great with him and did and excellent job on his fade and trim. (Not easy on a 2 yer old) I was very impressed with the care she took to make sure everything was perfect. Personally I am very cautious with my own hair cuts and have been to only 2 barbers in the past 10 years. Seeing how well Oanh did I gave her a shot for my next cut and she did awesome. My son and I have each been back a few times and look forward to returning again!! Skip the overcrowded places in Carmichael who give average cuts and do yourself a favor and check out this spot!!

He faded me high n tight and used a razor to trim up my neck. He is skilled with the clippers and a nice fellow to boot. I was ready for the discoteca!

After searching for many cremation services in the Sacramento area, I decided to call Lowest Cost Cremation. I picked them from the ease of their website and straight forward approach of figuring out their cost. When I contacted them, I spoke to Matt. Within minutes I decided this was the company I wanted to deal with. Matt was knowledgeable, warm, friendly , caring and very helpful. Living in Centra l California, it was a simple transaction using DocuSign to sign authorization paperwork for the cremation without having to drive to Sacramento. Likewise, the payment of the cremation was a snap using their online payment service. In all I think it took about a twenty minutes phone call and then maybe 10 minutes to sign and pay for the cremation. I want to thank both Matt and Chelsea for helping us and helping relieve the stress of the cremation process for our family in their time of need. I would recommend to those who are in need of cremation services use Lowest Cost Cremation.

I made a vaccination appointment for my British Shorthair cat, with Sacramento Cat Hospital. I love that they are a cat only vet, and that they are familiar with my cat's breed. I appreciate this especially because my previous vet had no experience with my cat's breed. I know that my cat will be in excellent hands going forward.
I brought in a new pair of boots with leather soles to have sole protectors put on. Price was fair for the job and great craftsmanship. I'll be back when it's time for a resole.

If youve got a child with sensory issues or just generally does not like haircuts, this is the place to go! They do adults too! Took my 2yo here and despite his hysteric crying and resistance, the hairdresser (who I unfortunately dont remember the name of) was very calm and accommodating throughout it all. Shes clearly very experienced and I appreciated that. By the end of the cut, my son was calmer and even didnt want to leave!

Amanda always does me right. When I started getting my hair done last October I didn't have a good idea of what a hair appointment was supposed to be like. Since coming to see Amanda I've upped my standards of stylist customer service! She looks at the pictures I show her to help pick them apart and find out what's possible and best for my hair (no matter how many pics I have). She teaches me about how to care for my hair down to washing, products, heating tools, and even the color wheel. I used to be the type of person to bleach and color my own hair at home and my experiences here have really changed my perspective. I never feel uncomfortable asking for anything- even if it's a big color switch or a mullet If you're looking for someone honest, open minded, informative, and professional I'd recommend Amanda any day. Darryl is the best hairdresser I’ve experienced in this area. He manages to cut my fine hair in such a professional way that it increases volume and texture. He listens to his customers but is not afraid to let one know what can or cannot be done, or suggest a better plan.

My hair is long and curly. I hadn't gotten an actual haircut in nearly 5 yrs. I had always trimmed it myself. I was nervous however Stacey IS amazing! She helped me feel comfortable and relaxed, and she gave suggestions and knew exactly what to do with my hair. After the cut, she blew it out and my hair looked fabulous. It was full, bouncy, straight with a nice wave. I love it. After washing my hair and styling it to keep the curl, I am so completely happy with choosing Twister Scissors and Stacey to cut my hair. The cut gave my hair volume, less frizz, and intense ringlets. Love Love Love the cut! The salon is cute and comfortable and has a wonderful vibe all around! Highly recommend! I got to Great Clips early this morning and the stylist at this location were chipper and ready tol clip! My last cut was fantastic and this time it was with Valexia. She was on it...she read my notes from previous haircuts, got ion and expertly gave me a great cut, exactly the way I wanted and I was out of there in 12-15 minutes or so! She's awesome and all of the ladies at this location seem to do a great job. You can't go wrong!!!

I have been going to Kim for 12 years. I am a bartender and my nails are exposed to chemicals, citrus, alcohol and abuse. She is the best!!! All time record for nails staying on was during covid . ..3 months. I live in San Jose now and can not get regular fills . NO PROBLEM!!! Kim's nails last me 3-6 weeks. I have tried places in San Jose, I would rather drive to Sac. Never had a fungus or issue. And in 12 years she has nicked a cuticle 6 times, which is unbelievable. She was and still is extremely safe regarding Covid!!!

So, I went to Matha for a pretty extreme haircut in mid January. Not only did she give me a ton of time, spending as much time as needed going through varied cuts till we hit what I was more or less aiming for, but... And this is why I came back to make sure I wrote a review on google! I don't know how she did it, but over a month later, the shaved part of my head (which should look awkward) is covered perfectly with the layers she had up top. IT EVEN LOOKS GREAT GROWING OUT! Matha, you have magic. Just amazing. Once my hair gets to where I want it, I will be back for more work on it (my style changes so often, I know). But yes, to anyone reading this, I am not joking. Buzzed hair growing out (undercut), and she had anticipated it like playing chess, set up a counter move cut. Love it. 110% (picture is over a month out from the haircut, so you can imagine the once super short hair that should be pushing the longer hair up and everywhere in a floofy mess. And this is dry, not styled, no gel)

I just had a very good experience with Arrow Plumbing. I had been very stressed trying to get an estimate to get my toilet flange removed so I could install a new toilet myself . The original was not installed correctly years ago with no concrete below it in subfloor and an unlevel flange to boot. I was getting crazy over the phone estimates without anyone willing to come out in person to look at it. Finally, I called Arrow Plumbing in Carmichael and spoke to their office person, Stacie. She maintained her pleasant manner throughout even with me getting a bit cranky from previously built up frustrations trying to get other plumbers to come out. She sent Steve out who was just what I expected or at least hoped for in a plumber. He shared his knowledge and explained in detail which gave me confidence that I could take care of the issue myself without replacing the flange. I live close to their shop and they didn't charge a fee to come out but not sure if that is the case if you live further away. With my old plumber retiring, I now have Arrow Plumbing in Carmichael to take his place.
Robert came out and helped with our water heater and plumbing issue we had in one of our bathrooms. We got quoted for a bunch of work that he was able to point out some easy solutions for us that saved us a ton of money. This is the 4th time we have worked with Crown Plumbing and they are the best!

Jeremy came out, assessed the pet damage to our rental home just vacated. He verified which many stains were pet urine also looked at the holes in the carpet and pad. He explained everything thoroughly and gave us options. He’s obviously knowledgeable. I’d definitely recommend this business for cleaning and repairs.

Before embarking on our bathroom remodel project (replacing tub with a shower stall), I asked around and did some research. It was a busy time for contractors - some wouldn't even give us a bid. After a few calls, we found three who were willing to talk with us and give us a bid for our job.I must say that I was a bit skeptical initially of just how glowing the reviews were for Bradley Builders. Having been through remodels and heard the remodel horror stories of others, it seems that things rarely go that smoothly. But from the very beginning to the very end, it was truly a pleasure to work with the Bradley Builders team. During our initial consultation with JT, he made several recommendations about details of our project that told me he understood what we needed. He was honest about explaining the timeline in terms of how long things would likely take before they were able to start the project. Note - they don't do the design, but have suggestions on designers they have worked with, if you need.While their bid was higher than the other two we received, it was more detailed and we felt was a more honest representation of what we would end up paying for the project. The other two bids were more vague in areas, making it harder to know what things would cost when we actually got started on the project.They were communicative throughout the project. They provided an accurate timeline that had some buffers in it (i.e., they weren't scheduled to be there every day), so that if a particular individual wasn't available on the originally scheduled day, it didn't throw off the entire project schedule. KC, Lowell and all of the subcontractors on the job were good to work with. They were happy to answer our questions and did very good work. We had one small issue with the accent tile (caused by the manufacturer, not the installer). JT paid for an extra tile cleaner to come out and see if they could fix the issue, which they were able to do. We appreciate this extra step to help us resolve an issue that wasn't their fault. So as skeptical as I was in the beginning, now I understand why the reviews for Bradley Builders were so glowing... and have now written one of my own. :-)

Zanfardino builders is AWESOME. I can't say enough great things about the experience we had with them. Robert and his team (big shout out to Jason and John) completely updated 3 bathrooms in our home (which included fixing the plumbing work that another company could not/did not). Their work is absolutely beautiful. Not only is the finished product exactly what we wanted, but Robert and the whole team were very responsive to any questions/requests we had throughout the entire process. Any time I had concerns that more work needed doing (our house had many "modifications" done before we bought it) Robert reassured me he'd get it taken care of and get it done right. I have recommended Zanfardino Builders to both family and friends and would 100% trust them with any of our future projects. Call Robert for your next home project. I used Hazen Sprinklers two years ago to fix my sprinker system. They changed the timer, valves, ( front and back yards) and some sprinkler heads. My valves have since broken and I have left several messages on the voice mail to no avail. It is frustrating when you don't get a response. I am reaching out to other companies to see what can be done.

Digital dental is one of the best dental offices I've been to and I have been to few. Staff is friendly and professional. Office is clean and neat. What I like the most about them is that they have quick service. I don't have to wait too long before I get to be seen by the doctor from the min I walk in to the office, not like other offices where you have your appointment time but you still have to way for half hr if not longer before you see the doctor. Dr Kulinich is very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this dental clinic!!!

Dr. Beth is THE BEST! I have seen a few chiropractors over the years and she was the first one to do an x-ray. During our first visit after x-rays, she explained how she works, explained how chiropractic works, and explained how her particular chiropractic specialty works. I've never had another doctor sit and take the time to provide the level of education that she provided. She also recommended weekly adjustments for 6 months. I've had other doctors recommend weekly or more in the past but never followed through because I didn't understand why the frequency was needed. I have seen her weekly for 6 months now and I'm looking forward to seeing how my x-ray looks at the end of the recommended treatment time. I originally started seeing her after throwing out my back which took several months to heal. I threw it out again while seeing her and I was back to normal after 1 week! She and Heidi are SO friendly both with me and my kids. My kids have also received adjustments and my 5 year old asks to "get cracked" haha. Funny thing though - she doesn't do those kids of adjustments, she has a gentle approach for both myself and the kids. Her office feels like home, I love going in for my adjustment because it feels like I'm hanging out with friends. Dr. Beth has also encouraged a healthier diet including homemade cultured yogurt (that even my toddlers enjoy!). I can't say enough about Dr. Beth, I highly recommend!

Big shout out to the girls at Sunflower Pet. This was our first visit and when we were greeted they took the time to get to know my pet and her previous grooming experiences. During the appointment they texted updates on how she was doing and when they expected her to be finished. As an anxious mom this really settled my nerves on a new place . Janice is so fabulous. She has lovingly cared for all of my special pets since she started her practice and I wouldn't use anyone else. She takes the time to gain their trust and they have always been excited to go for grooming.
