I have chronic pain and swelling due to Lyme disease, arthritis, and injury. The swelling is debilitating. I've had many massages over the years even some "lymphatic drainage". I have never had this result in 38 years of massage. The healing that I've received from Tracie's work is different and better than anywhere else! She really knows the human body! She is gentle and intuitive. The transformation in my legs is amazing! With chronic pain, it hurts to be touched. Tracie knows how to help people with fibromyalgia and chronic pain. When you have problems like these, your body needs to trust someone and then it will relax more and then you'll have less pain. The more often you do it, your body learns to trust that touch and gradually will let go most of the pain. When I came to Tracie, my pain level was always at an eight or higher. Doing anything was difficult, walking, going upstairs, trying to garden, etc. I can say now that the inflammation is gone, and things are moving properly, my pain level is no higher than a seven and usually around five which is manageable. Due to Tracie's work. She never pushes. My body can relax, trust and the result is, it doesn't hurt to be touched. My lymph system, which causes the swelling Has gone down remarkably over the past six months about 30 pounds of water weight is off. I am much more mobile and my muscles aren't tight. She definitely has a gift. I'm grateful that she's so willing to share it!
I’ve seen Tracie for mostly Esalen massage but I recently started the lymphatic treatments along with my regular massages.
