I LOVE Seaside Yoga Sanctuary I have taken a variety of classes in the Studio the instructors are each unique and very informative I also love that they offer a free community Yoga in the park across the street with Tibetan sound bowls I have down twice and put me in a trance there is a reason they are the number one studio in the area 5 stars for Seaside Yoga Sanctuary!!!!Namaste’
Phenomenal studio, class, and instructor! I attended a hatha class on a lazy weekend in town, wanting to be active on a rainy day, and it was just what I needed. The studio is warm and inviting. Seems like a great community that regularly practices there, very friendly folks. And David led a well rounded challenging class that really brought in the fundamentals in a way that was new (for me) and invigorating. Always great to find a solid yoga class in a new place that helps you see aspects of your practice in ways you didn't think about before, no matter how many years you have under your belt =)
My absolute favorite exercise. I love Seaside Yoga Sanctuary, and please try Dalton's class. He will make you feel like you just went hiking and ran 2 miles in between. Make sure you get to class early so that you can get a good spot. The classes fill quickly. Best yoga studio I've been to.
