We're frequent patients at the other two MoGo locations in the Monterey area. This was our first visit to this location.

Convenient appointment reservation system, linked with MyChart allowed us to save time and provide a bit of reassurance.

Upon arriving the recptionist was friendly and promptly started to check us in. But there was an issue with our account so MoGo was unable to see us. Since it was a Saturday, sadly we would not be able to resolve it until Monday.

The receptionist's empathy did seem authentic and she made a recommendation for a nearby convenient urgent care clinic. She said they'd be on duty and would accept our health insurance...read full review

I accidentally severely cut my thumb when travelling, and when I asked the hotel staff for a recommendation, they suggested MoGo Urgent Care. I walked in and was immediately able to talk with the receptionist. She explained that since I was a Kaiser member, I would need to pay a deductible, which I happily did. I was immediately seen by PA Thomas, who inspected the wound to determine if I should see a specialist. Once she determined that the nerves were not damaged, she and nurse Jennifer started the clean-up and stitches. The care I received was top tier. Dr. Patricia was amazing. She was so kind. I came in with a laceration to my finger due to camping injury and she took great care of me. Thanks for everything.
