About Ambiance Interiors
Ambiance Interiors is a great destination for those seeking a cozy dining experience. The atmosphere is bistro-like, comfortable, and quaint, with a romantic air, especially in the outdoor patio area where calm dogs are allowed to sit with their owners. The cuisine is authentic, featuring excellent homemade fresh pasta and delicious in-house made sauces. Guests have praised the food for being wonderful every time, noting the value for the price. The service is fun and exceptional, with attentive staff who provide excellent recommendations. While some visitors have enjoyed the food, particularly the mussels appetizer and the black truffle branzino, others have experienced issues with noise levels, especially when seated near larger parties. One guest found the pear salad disappointing due to small pieces of pear and ripeness issues. Overall, Ambiance Interiors is a favorite among many, with the food being a highlight and many expressing a desire to return, especially for the amazing dishes that evoke the feeling of long, warm summer nights in Italy.
The food was excellent. Service was quick, but we had to ask for bread. The biggest issue was that we were in and out in under an hour and we were hoping for more of a sit down environment. It was Thanksgiving dinner with no traditional Thanksgiving food, and while the food was quite tasty, it was better for a purist: ie) when ordering the branzino and artichoke dish, that's literally all the plate came with. No rice, potato, polenta or any starch. For $50 something dollars (maybe more, I don't remember exactly), it left something to be desired.
A favorite restaurant Italian food. The menu has many selections and the wine list has many very good wines. The service is always very good. There is seating indoors and outdoors. There are lots of choices in Carmel but we always make it a point to go to Enzo's when in town.
This is an excellent, comfortable, friendly restaurant. Very sensitive to special needs (e.g., lactose intolerance, oyster allergy); allows calm dogs to sit with owners while eating at an outdoor patio. We have eaten there several times and at different times of day. The food has been wonderful every time.
