Because I am handicapped, substantial modifications of the shower were required to convert it to a roll-in shower with no lip or curb. Ed and his crew found a way to do that with a minimum of suppport structure changes. A hand held shower hose and head were selected and installed along with decorative towel racks with integrated grab bars and regular grab bars for inside the shower. Although problems occurred with the new floor installation, Ed took care of having the floor replaced to our satisfaction. Ed Robbins is great about staying in touch every step along the way. I highly recommend New Bath Expo for bathroom remodeling.

Hilary is a true artist! Plus she's fun! She did an amazing job on my eyebrows. It's natural looking and gave overall balance to my face. I love that my eyebrows always look perfect, and I never have to take time to fill in. I had my eyebrows done 3 years ago. She is meticulous with measuring, outlining and making sure your eyebrows are exactly how you want them each step of the way. Plus Hilary provides two FREE touchups to ensure they are perfect. After 3 yrs my eyebrows started to soften so I went back to Hilary. In less than 45 minutes I have perfect eyebrows again. And this time was only $200. Other places charge $250 or higher. Go see her...you will thank yourself!
Wonderful first visit yesterday, which was just under an hour receiving me as new patient. Thoroughly discussed all conditions and meds. I am so happy to have found a doctor whom I can trust and is accessible. Times are not easy for physicians these days. I saw the post about his practice being "non-participating" in Medicare, but in this case, his staff files all necessary paperwork with Medicare and your supplement (if you have one) for you. You'll get reimbursed just fine and without the hassle. There is a small annual fee as well, for access to this doctor, but it is totally worth it and much less than other "concierge-type" services.

My prior regular plumber has left the area. So I put in a request on Yelp for assistance when my kitchen sink started leaking. I *thought* I *knew* what the problem was, there was a slow leak. Visible from under the sink whenever the hot water was on. It seemed to be coming from the base of the faucet where the hose attached. And the cold water shut-off valve wasn't working so an attempt on my part to repair that was beyond my skill level. (Jesus) Brad's Plumbing service had an opening and were able to come onsite for same day service, and were able to correctly identify the actual cause of the leak (worn 'O' rings on the faucet spout) and replace the cold water shut-off valve promptly. Service was prompt, efficient. Problem resolved.
We decided mid-morning on Sunday that we wanted a massage before heading home. They (Michelle and Heidi) were able to get us in no problem. I have had many massages and this was, by far, one of the best. The studio was also wonderful and added to the relaxing experience. We will certainly revisit when we are back in town.

I just experienced the most incredible massage with Jose. I went in for a magnesium massage and could not be more relaxed after. If you have never experienced one of those you, trust me when I say it is a must. From start to finish it was AMAZING. I have never left a massage in total bliss. Jose is an amazing therapist, he was so kind by making sure I was completely comfortable. Before the massage we chatted about sore areas and pressure, he really helped and relieved those sore muscles I've been having. I would recommend Jose every time, just a 10 out of 10 experience! The atmosphere in the spa is very relaxing once you walk in and I had so many drink options while I sat in the lobby area. Hands down best spa experience I've had. I recommend Jose and signature day spa to anyone looking to walk out with your head in the clouds and fully relaxed.
So I found this place because my wife goes here for her cuts and Carmel Monterey can be a tough place for a man to get his hair "styled"--- lots of Barber type shops but I'm really picky and when we moved from Bay Area a few years ago we had to find new service providers for everything. Locals are the best bet for that info and that's how we found Capelli. Annette runs her shop located in the Baryard area of Carmel. One woman show but her site is fairly large- I guess she decided working alone was easier- a lot of "artists" seem to do this. She spends a lot of time trying to understand what's working what's not with your hair. She has definite opinions about what's going on-- too long, too short in areas etc. she will do whatever you want but will try and guide you to a better look. I like that as I tend to go for a longer look. I'm very satisfied and like the look I get. I may be stereotyping but almost all the women I've had cut my hair over time don't spend much time on the "finishing" touches-- trimming sides and eyebrows with a final touch- I think it's because they don't do that for women. Just an FYI and if it's important to you just ask.

I had the best pedicure I've had in a long time. I opted for the deluxe with gel. They were upfront with the pricing so I wasn't surprised about anything extra. They have scent options to choose from and I got peppermint. Kevin was my pedicurist. He did the best massage, it was lengthy with good pressure. It was worth any extra. Their regular pedicure is priced at only $30 too, which is very reasonable.

Best cut and color I have ever had! Kim is amazing at cutting fun short haircuts! She books up fast so you may need to wait to get in but worth it. I've never found anyone that cuts and colors my hair as well as she does!
I have been getting my hair colored by Rosanna for years and her work is amazing! When I first started going to her my hair was so damaged from getting colored. The salon is tucked away in an alcove with other shops just off the main sidewalk. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. A friend recommended the salon.
My stylist, Beverly, was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to listen and gave me great suggestions. I asked for a new look. I went in with moderate expectations for a trim and a few highlights. I came away with a makeover.
Beverly is a true artist and expert. She worked magic with my hair to create a look that best compliments my face. She went above and beyond with advice on how to complete the look. I left the salon with a new level of confidence.

Love this place! Kassidy is fantastic. I've gone in with a vague idea of what I'd like, and she always takes the time to work with me and listen to what it is that I want. But I live in Napa - so am I going to find someone who can do exactly the same??!! Unlikely….. lol. Anyway - you can absolutely trust Kim!! I may just leave it until our return early September.

My favorite hygienist at Dr. Carl's office cleaned my teeth recently. Heather is very experienced in her field and will communicate about teeth and gum changes she sees during cleanings. Her cleanings are very noticeable, as are the smoothness and lightness of how my teeth feel when I leave the office. Dr. Carl's office staff is always professional and helpful with waitlists, scheduling, and accounting.

I've been a patient of Dr. Sottosanti and his incredible team for years, and I just have to share how thoroughly impressed I've been with their care. From the moment you walk in, the hygienists and office staff are so warm and welcoming. Kelsey, in particular, took so much time to thoughtfully answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated. Recently, I had some work done on one of my teeth, and Dr. Sottosanti was truly exceptional. He consistently checked in on my comfort throughout the entire process, making sure I felt at ease. He was incredibly patient, answering all my questions and taking the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel informed and reassured. I've had various procedures done over the years, and I can honestly say I've never experienced any pain during his work--plus, his work has always stood the test of time. Eric Brown in Mid Valley came out head and shoulders over any other dental practice, so we took a look and then took the plunge some 4 years ago. After many visits (too many, but I have British teeth... yes, it's a thing), I can't point to a single visit that either my wife or I had that was anything but positive. Surprisingly modern, superbly proficient, and friendly team, and I can't tell you how satisfying it is to get the chance to recommend them wholeheartedly.
The staff is AMAZING and the service is EXCELLENT! Taking my fur baby here has changed his life, he is very active again. He is only 7 years old and he was having mobility problems already. Once he started acupuncture his mobility improved drastically, the veterinary doctor is very knowledgeable.
