Luis and Aaron were prompt, courteous, efficient, and respectful of both me and my furnishings. I have a 2600 sq ft home with both carpeting and ceramic tile. A few animal “accidents” made an additional pretreatment necessary. I also took advantage of a discounted grout sealant (I would have added that initially, but it wasn’t offered to me). That made the total about 50% more than the original estimate, so be prepared for the upsell. There was one area that had been bleached by previous cleaning products and they were unable to change that, but overall I’m quite pleased as the remainder of the stains are gone and everything looks and smells great! They did an amazing job Zerorez got rid of the two spots I really wanted out I just wish they could have done some details more better but not sure if that is an up charge But overall everything looks really good! Our carpet looks way better than before They were here for like an hour some mins Definitely got the job done in a good time manner :)
